Can I have a ready-made design customized?

Yes. We always adapt logo, colors, fonts and images to your brand. We agree on further changes, for example to individual pages, in the offer.

Can I buy a design exclusively that others already use?

Yes, as long as it is in our gallery. From the moment you buy it, we no longer offer it to anyone. Anyone who bought it earlier may keep using it, and we tell you so beforehand.

Can my agency create the design?

Yes. Your agency delivers the drafts, and we implement them in Shopcloud. You sign the software contract directly with us.

Are the example designs real shops?

No. Every design is a demo shop with a fictional brand and sample data. Orders placed there are not real.
