Prices per customer
The customer group determines the price list. After signing in, every business customer sees their prices, net on request.
Your resellers and business customers order at the prices of their price list, with tiers, on invoice and with several employees through one company account. In the same system, your team processes the order all the way to invoice and delivery note.
Wholesalers and manufacturers
In wholesale, many customers have their own prices, quantities and delivery methods. Shopcloud handles this in one shop, with one price list per customer group.
The customer group determines the price list. After signing in, every business customer sees their prices, net on request.
From the agreed quantity, the lower price applies, in the cart as well as in the order.
Approved business customers pay on invoice, with their agreed payment terms.
Several employees of a customer order through one company account, as viewer, buyer or administrator.
If an item is only sold in packaging units, for example in 2, 4 or 8 pieces, you define that per variant.
Previous orders and frequently purchased items are ready for the next purchase.
Price lists and tiers
You create separate price lists for resellers, end customers, countries or promotions, net or gross and in the right currency. You store tiers, special prices and annual agreements there as rules.
Large quantities and projects
If an order can't be placed directly, your customer requests a quote from the cart. Your sales team reviews it and sends it with the line items and customer prices from the cart. If the customer accepts, the quote becomes an order.
Delivery
The shop calculates shipping costs according to your rules. Special cases become a request to your team.
Shipping in detailThe shop calculates shipping costs per zone, as you define them.
You set up parcel prices, minimum prices and separate pallet prices as rules.
For large and heavy shipments.
You deliver with your own vehicles, or your customer picks up the goods.
You define which addresses a company and each individual person may have goods delivered to.
After checkout
A reseller orders in your shop at night. In the morning, your team finds the order in order processing, with this customer's prices.
The order is there with customer, line items, prices and addresses. Your customer immediately receives a confirmation by email.
Your team checks line items, prices and shipping. The order confirmation goes out as a PDF.
Both are created from the same order. You record returns against the original order.
