Switching from Shopware: your shop for B2B and B2C

Does your current shop run on Shopware, for example, and do you sell to consumers and business customers? With Shopcloud, you get one shop for both and order processing in the same system. We take over products, prices and customers, set up design and settings, and redirect the URLs of your current shop to the new pages.

Process

From your current shop to Shopcloud in five steps

What we take on and what we need from you is stated in the offer beforehand.

All about switching

Demo with sample data

We show you the shop and order processing and clarify what you sell, to whom, and how your shop is structured today.

Your offer

Afterwards, you receive a written offer. It lists setup, design and extensions separately.

Data transfer

We import products, prices and customers from a file whose columns we map to the product fields. We review the import from your current shop beforehand.

Design and settings

We set up your design and configure payment methods, shipping rules and prices.

Review and go live

Together with us, you review the shop and go live. We redirect the URLs of your current shop to the new pages.

Your data

What we take over and what you prepare

What we take over

Products, prices and customers from a file whose columns we map to the product fields. Plus your design, payment methods, shipping rules and prices, as well as the redirects from the URLs of your current shop to the new pages.

Before the offer, we look at which data your current shop can export as a file.

What you prepare

Your data as a file, logo, colors, fonts and product images, your legal texts, and your rules for payment methods, delivery zones and the terms of your business customers.

Before going live, we look at the shop together.

Search engines

Your customers find the new shop again

So that customers and search engines find your products again, we redirect the URLs of your current shop to the new pages.

After that, the shop delivers your product pages fully rendered to search engines, with readable URLs and structured product data. A sitemap of your products is published along with the shop, and you connect Google Search Console.

Getting found

Your agency can contribute

Your agency can take care of design, content, product range and settings. We remain responsible for the software, and the Shopcloud contract stays between you and us.

Frequently asked questions about switching from Shopware

How do my products get from Shopware to Shopcloud?

From a file whose columns we map to the product fields. We check beforehand which data your current shop can export as a file and what the import looks like, and we clarify the scope before the offer.

What happens to the URLs of my current shop?

We redirect them to the new pages so that customers and search engines find your products again.

Can I keep selling to consumers and business customers?

Yes. Consumers buy as guests or with an account, business customers through their company account at their prices and on invoice.

My shop has additional features today. What happens to them?

We clarify that in the demo. If your shop needs more than Shopcloud includes, the extension can be built into the product itself. We agree in advance who maintains it later.

Can my current agency keep working with me?

Yes. Your agency can set up and design the shop, and we answer questions about the software directly.

How long does switching take, and what does it cost?

That depends on the scope of your data and your design. Process, scope and price are in your offer, which you receive after the demo.
